The Benefit Access Program (formerly known as the Circuit Breaker Program) allows for reduced-fee license plates aimed toward senior citizens and persons with disabilities with specific qualifications. Visit www2.illinois.gov/aging/benefitsaccess to apply or learn more.
The Illinois Department on Aging also operates a Senior HelpLine to help residents locate services in their community, answer questions, coordinate service and provide general assistance. You can call the Senior HelpLine at 1-800-252-8966.
